Inside Sales Representative/Business Analyst

Diodes Incorporated is seeking an Inside Sales Representative/ Business Analyst to help support the Regional Sales Manager's and Field Applications Engineer's key accounts in their respective territories.  

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist RSM with Territory, Rep Firm, & Customer management.
• Opportunity Follow Up and Management
• Contact point for Asia Transfer issues:
• Identify new designs & opps to Asia Transfer; confirm out of territory purchasing/production locations; hand off to Asia Sales; follow up to track bookings; investigate missing transfer sales commissions
• Expedites for Out of SNA Territory
• Daily Price Quote entry and response. Quarterly/Annual RFQ file preparation, and response.
• Contracts: Verification/Analysis and Loading in Model N
• Quarterly Rep Performance Report and Analysis Regional Revenue Tracking Report, Strategic Account Revenue Tracking, Top Accounts
• Samples Tracking (All Customers), Sample Process (Demand Creation), reporting, & customer follow up. Pardot follow up.
• Product Change Notifications – strategic accounts that are not direct customer.
• Administer Automotive IMDS & PPAP requests
• Process FA claims for non direct strategic accounts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• 2 years of inside sales experience in the semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Must be proficient with ModelN or significant experience with CRM system
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, including creating and analyzing pivot tables.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
• Effectively interact with other departments, as well as others within the department
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self starter: works with minimal direction
