St. Sebastian Regional Catholic School, a Catholic elementary school within the Diocese of Greensburg, located in Belle Vernon, PA, is seeking a dynamic and faith-filled leader for the position of Elementary Principal. The successful candidate will provide leadership and vision that will advance the school’s mission, while strengthening the Diocese’s PK–12 model—intentionally forming students for a seamless and continued journey into Catholic secondary education. The Principal will foster a culture of academic excellence, spiritual growth, and community, ensuring high-quality curricular and co-curricular programs that prepare students not only for success in the classroom, but for ongoing formation in a Catholic high school and beyond. A practicing Catholic in good standing with the Roman Catholic Church, the ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in educational administration (or a related field), hold Principal Certification (or be eligible to obtain certification), and provide a letter of recommendation from his/her pastor.
