buildings and grounds for the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion
and assuring the grounds are pleasant and in safe operating condition.

diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of maintenance experience. Must be 21
years of age due to operating a motor vehicle as part of their job. Must
have a valid driver\'s license. Verbal and written communication skills.
Mechanical skills required. Use of hand and power tools for the common
trade. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Outlook.
Detail-oriented, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting ability. Ability
to take direction and on the job training. Comply with OSHA Safety and
