PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This part-time position is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of diocesan support to parishes in the work of promoting greater respect for human life from conception to natural death. The coordinator will work under the direction of the Director of Marriage and Family Life, and in collaboration with the Evangelization Mission Team and Catholic Charities, to assist parishes in developing effective programs dedicated to the pastoral care of families striving to build a culture of life. These efforts will be carried out in accordance with the magisterial documents and teachings of the Catholic Church, as well as the policies and procedures of the Diocese of Green Bay.

- Must be a practicing Catholic, a member in good standing of a Diocesan Catholic parish, be living consistent with his/her vocation and possess a strong faith commitment dedicated to the Gospel values and living a life of prayer and service.
- Knowledge of Church Teachings and positions, especially on matters related to respect life from conception through natural death as well as on Marriage and Family Life.
- Passion for the Pro-Life mission and related experience with ministries dedicated to respecting the dignity of human life.
- 2 years of experience in respect to life ministries at the parish or diocesan level is preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and tactfully with other agencies
- Strong event management and organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Proficient in Social Media platforms
- High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, and confidentiality
- Self-starter who can take direction and contribute ideas
