- Support Our Mission: Assist the Pastor and staff with scheduling, preparing materials (like the weekly bulletin and mass programs), and general correspondence.
- Database Management: Keep parish records and databases accurate and up to date.

- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an office or administrative role (church experience is a bonus). Associate's degree preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new parish software.

- Reliable and Discreet: A strong sense of confidentiality and reliability is a must.
