As our student population grows, St. Thomas is looking for enthusiastic candidates to fill an Elementary Instructor position with individuals who are driven, value, and are strong in their faith in order to help students grow in theirs.
Applicants must work to fulfill the mission of St. Thomas by forming students in the Truth - helping them grow in Mind, Body, and Spirit. Candidates must hold a valid, Indiana teaching license and have a strong understanding of best practices in education.

Applicants should understand how to lesson-plan using differentiated instruction and varied modalities. Classroom management skills and strategies should also be well understood. A familiarity with technology is preferred but not required.
