Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages, including English and other preferred languages.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, promote products or services, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our CRM system while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Assist clients with sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure positive interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes, share insights, and enhance overall client services experience.
Experience
- Previous call center or customer support experience is highly preferred; experience in client services or sales is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English along with additional languages enhances service delivery.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience.
- Excellent analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales activities is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data entry tasks, call center operations, or cash handling procedures is beneficial.
