Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Los Angeles, CA location who will support multiple attorneys primarily in connection with complex commercial litigation.
Responsibilities
- Filings, client management, billing, time entry, formatting, proofreading and editing of documents, travel arrangements, and other legal assistant functions
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience with litigation support
- Strong experience calendaring litigation deadlines
- Working knowledge and understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
- Strong filing / e-filing experience in State and Federal courts, ECF and Pacer
- High comfort level with TOAs and TOCs
- Experience using attorney timekeeping software and document management systems
- Experience and proficiency using MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- We seek candidates that are self-directed, have high energy, and have advanced computer skills
Salary
- Up to 95k
