Dinsmore seeks an attorney with 3-6 years of litigation experience to join its growing Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of commercial and contract disputes, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation. Consideration is also given to candidates with experience in real estate, construction and/or financial services. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical and writing skills and academic achievement. Texas Bar required, with a Louisiana license preferred.
Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $40,000 in bonus potential.
