Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a Patent Litigation Associate in Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Lexington, KY; Louisville, KY; Detroit, MI; Tampa, FL; Orlando, FL; or Pittsburgh, PA. This position would be in our IP Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. Candidates must have a minimum of four years of patent litigation experience and/or significant PTAB experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial. A technical background and USPTO patent bar registration is preferred.
Successful candidates should have a license to practice in Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Florida or Pennsylvania as applicable, strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a desire to work in a collegial atmosphere with an emphasis on training, significant client contact, and a wide range of work handling complex patent litigation matters for regional and national clients of all sizes.
