Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Cincinnati, OH location who will support multiple attorneys in connection with Tax, Benefits, and Wealth Planning and Corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing estate and probate documents and various corporate documents; assist clients in completing forms and other related documents; process all court filings; track deadlines; and handle client billing process
  
  

Requirements

• Solid work history including 3-5 years supporting multiple attorneys/paralegals in the area of Tax, Benefits, and Wealth Planning, and Corporate law.
• Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Possess a desire to work as a member of a team
• Excellent word processing skills and intermediate-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software, including electronic document management systems (iManage/FileSite)
• Familiarity with basic online resources
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to multi-task
• Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to review and communicate docket to attorneys/paralegals, and effectively report to several professionals
