We’re looking for a Board-Certified Dermatologist who can treat patients with a variety of skin conditions, ranging from acute to chronic and benign to malignant. The ideal candidate has experience using diagnostic techniques to identify diseases and implement appropriate treatments.
· Must be a Board-Certified Physician in Dermatology
- Practice general dermatology such as perform skin examinations, diagnose and treat skin conditions
- Examine and assess patients to determine a suitable course of treatment
- Perform biopsies as needed to detect skin conditions and skin cancer
- Counsel patients on treatment options and long term care of their skin
- Perform skin surgeries or refer patients to surgeons for any necessary skin surgeries
- Prescribe suitable and appropriate medications to patients as necessary
- Recommend diagnostic testing or refer patients to other specialists as needed
- Utilize electronic medical record system
- Record patient’s health history in electronic medical record system or review and approve notes that are scribed by a medical assistant
Your Qualifications:
- Current license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico
- Completion of a training program in dermatology from an accredited university
- Board Certification
- Must be a U.S. citizen
