Our client in the Food and Beverage industry is hiring a Creative Strategist!
About the role
We are building a world-class DTC creative machine. We’re producing 300–400 ads per week, testing at massive volume, and looking for a Creative Strategist who can help drive the next stage of creative scale. This is a role where your strategic instincts and creative range directly determine whether we win or lose in the market and you'll know within days.
Success here comes from combining strong creative instincts with speed, consistency, and a willingness to stay deeply involved in the work. We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-momentum environments and helps push the team forward as we scale.
What you'll actually do
- Ideate and develop creative concepts for paid social
- Write sharp and detailed briefs that creators can actually execute without a 30-minute debrief
- Source, vet, and manage UGC creators — know who's right for the brief before you send it
- Own 100–150 ad concepts per week — volume and quality at the same time, every time
- Analyze what's working in market and turn those signals into the next round of concepts fast
Who you are
- Familiar with performance creative frameworks (Hook/Hold/CTA structures, angle testing)
- A prolific ideator who generates volume without sacrificing quality
- Scrappy by default.
- Make a complex creative idea executable in a single page
- Someone who's energized by fast feedback loops
