Job Description
The Service Advisor is the center of communication for service/repair activities and the liaison between Cycle Springs guests and the technicians. Serving as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, the Service Advisor must listen and thoroughly understand guest problems, arrange for appropriate service/repairs, and set/manage expectations on the part of the guests and the technicians in terms of service delivery.
Responsibilities
Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
Subsidized Health Insurance with eligibility the first of the month following 60 days of service
Company funded Group Term Life and matching AD&D in the amount of $5,000.00
PTO available with cashout option after the completion of 1 year of service
Paid holidays after the completion of 90 days of service
401(K) eligibility after the completion of 60 days of service. A company match is provided up to 3% of the associate’s contribution. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
o 10% vested after the completion of 1 year of service
o 100% vested after the completion of 2 years of service
Company funded Employee Assistance Program offering 6 counseling sessions per year for the associate, spouse, and dependent children

Job Description
The Service Advisor is the center of communication for service/repair activities and the liaison between Cycle Springs guests and the technicians. Responsibilities
- Schedules service for guests either in person or on the phone to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems
- Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
- Welcomes each guest with a prompt and enthusiastic greeting
- Personally refers guests with complaints that cannot be satisfied at the service advisor level to the service manager
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of high luxury dealer experience as a Service Advisor required
- Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer and internet skills
