Job Description

The Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all transportation-related operations in support of the Sales and Service departments.

• Manage all transportation activities supporting the Sales Department, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle movement
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate transport drivers to optimize productivity and coverage
• Coordinate internal dealer trades, vehicle shipping, and third-party transport logistics
• Schedule service appointments for Ultra Luxury Service Advisors, ensuring a high-touch client experience
• Oversee all vehicle pick-ups and deliveries, including preparation and accuracy of required documentation
• Maintain and manage the transportation calendar to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proper resource allocation
• Ensure driver logbooks are properly maintained and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Administer vehicle loaner program, including agreements, check-in/check-out procedures, and maintenance tracking
• Schedule and execute transportation services in compliance with all safety standards and company protocols
• Manage transportation invoicing and maintain detailed and organized scheduling records
• Remain current on all required manufacturer training and ensure ongoing compliance
  
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cities and geography throughout the State of Florida
• Ability to provide exceptional, white-glove customer service to both clients and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and all levels of management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Maintain a polished, professional image at all times
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate client needs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• College degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years in automotive dealerships
• 3-5 years’ experience working in logistics, preferably in the state of Florida
• Leadership experience scheduling 2-5 team members
• High level of organization skills
• Preferred experience dealing with high-net-worth clientele
• 2-year minimum working with Microsoft Outlook, Calander, & Excel
• CDK experience highly preferred
• Adobe experience 1 year minimum
• Valid in-state Driver's license clean driving record.
