Position: Customer Service Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Customer Service, operations, andlogisticsexperience
- Customer Account Management
Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous customer service with customers,vendorsand internal offices via e-mails, calls, messages, etc.
- Coordinates with agents and partners and ensure that all shipments are properly handled and documented.
- Sort,processand distribute all documentation for inbound and outgoing orders and direct shipments.
- Responsible for complete order processing, data entry, pickup/delivery scheduling, system entry,communicatewith 3PL and trucking,routingand operational milestone updates.
- Manage all aspects of tracking shipments to ensure shipment is moving as scheduled andupdate systemimmediatelyupon verification.
- Responsible for sending pre-alerts and arrival notices to customers, 3PLpartnersand internal offices.
- Issue invoices to internal offices andcustomers.
- Provide quotations in response to customers and internalrequestsincluding overseas partners.
- Handling and resolving order and operational troubleshooting
- Perform otherjobs asassigned by management.
