Position: Air Export Clerk

Location:

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Mustknow how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Exceptional listening,verbaland written skills

Responsibilities:

• Tooperateall jobs under the proper &timelyusage of company internal system, include data & sales/costs entry
• Maintain services toward customer's satisfactions & excellency throughgood communication& coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners
• Handle & co-ordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis
• Generate shipment Debit Note
• Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents
• Make shipment booking with airlines
• Monitor & handle Air Export Custom declaration
• Follow-up & update shipment information related to Air Import/AirExport& Brokerage
• Monthly Close Lotfor Air Export
• Any other assignments from the managementas needed
