Due to our onsite Fabrication process, the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions.

This is an hourly (non-exempt) position. What You'll Do
- Build and assemble custom metal projects
- MIG weld (mostly aluminum, some steel)
- Read prints (based on your experience level)
- Grind, sand, and finish parts
- Work with a team to get quality builds out the door
- MIG welding experience (school or on-the-job)
- Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment
- Willing to learn and get better
- Aluminum welding experience
- TIG experience
- Custom fab or sign industry experience
- Entry-Level: Just out of school or getting started
- Mid-Level: Can run jobs with minimal help
- Senior: Can lead builds and help others level up
