What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer I position at DIME Beauty Co LLC?
DIME Beauty is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Creative Marketing team! This person will report directly to the Senior Graphic Designer. This position is onsite in Draper, UT with hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Design Instagram stories to be posted daily on DIME’s account.
- Work with the creative team to assist in designing Instagram main images, Pinterest pins, etc.
- Design and build out email campaigns and email flows and text images
- Work closely with the design team to incorporate feedback and ideas
- Assist in making content for product education, influencers, and wholesalers
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of graphic design experience
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent training or experience (preferably in design or a related field)
- A portfolio of work for review
- An understanding of the beauty industry, and communicating complex ideas in digestible ways
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a time
- Creativity and confidence to bring forward new and innovative ideas

Pay:
- $50,000 DOE
