What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Server/Counter Staff position at DiMatteo's Pizza Restaurant?
We are a 50 plus years established Italian family restaurant that has remained in business due to high standards, consistency in quality and customer service.
We are currently in search of a full-time experienced Server/Counter Staff who is passionate, customer service oriented and dedicated to the work they do. Great earning potential, servers do not split tips, no required tip outs. Wage posted is dependent of experience and position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Serving customer, order taking, stocking, cleaning, answering phones, food preparation (primarily pizza slices), etc. Experience with various Italian menu items and casual dining required. Bilingual: Spanish preferred.
In addition, will need to maintain positive working relationships with others. Keep and encourage a clean working environment.
