Role Description
Amarante’s Sea Cliff is currently hiring Banquet Servers / Event Staff to join our team. This is a part-time, on-site position in New Haven, CT, primarily supporting weddings and private events.
Banquet Servers are responsible for assisting with event setup, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience throughout the event.
Responsibilities
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Serve food and beverages to guests during events
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
• Restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
