Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS
- Prepare and serve food efficiently, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are met
- Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety guidelines
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and expedite service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Square POS is highly desirable
- Strong background in food handling, sanitation, and food safety management
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality service
- Experience with retail sales transactions, cashiering, and upselling techniques beneficial
- Knowledge of the food industry, including café or grocery store experience, is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $13.00 - $26.50 per hour
