Your Impact as Sales Support Administrator:

• Provide exceptional customer service receiving inbound customer calls, emails, walk-in inquiries, and in-person visits – answering questions, discussing solutions, processing orders and follow up with sales teams as needed
• Closely work with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer service approach.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and order documentation in collaboration with the outside sales team.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments (engineering, operations, logistics) to ensure product availability and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update systems with customer data, sales activity, and order tracking.
• Follow up on provided quotes to drive conversions, assist in finalizing sales, and ensure timely closure of orders and invoices.
• Assist with inventory tracking, pricing updates, and documentation related to material handling equipment
• Other duties as assigned
  
  
  

What You Bring to the Table as Sales Support Administrator:

• High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales coordination, preferably in warehouse solutions, industrial equipment, or a similar industry is a plus
• Familiarity with material handling equipment (e.g., racking systems, conveyors, forklifts, automation solutions) is a strong asset
• Be able to pass a background check & drug screening
