Dillon Small Animal Hospital is seeking a part time Customer Service Representative/Office Manager. We are a busy high quality small animal exclusive veterinary hospital looking for an experienced candidate who can work effectively with a medical team, coordinate the flow of phone calls and patient visits as well as provide clear, compassionate care and communication with clients.
Duties
· Managing phone calls including scheduling appointments, answering questions, taking messages, and evaluating the urgency of client needs
· Proper use of our hospital managements software
· Administrative tasks including but not limited to staff management, compliance, client services and financial management
· Coordinating and facilitating patient visits including greeting clients, helping clients and patients in and out of exam rooms, and processing multiple forms of payment
· Communicate with team members and doctors with respect, accuracy, and efficiency
· Maintain a clean organized workspace as well as other areas of the hospital
Required Skills
· Experience: 2 years of experience in veterinary practice or strong leadership experience
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Leadership: Ability to make decisions and delegate tasks
· Compassion & Empathy: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations
