Here are some of your primary responsibilities:
- Preparing, organizing and processing retiree discount benefit for retired associates
- Assisting associates with understanding the company's 401k Plan documents.
- Timely calculation of all federal, state, and local withholding tax obligations.
- Assist with tax research, analysis, and planning to ensure compliance and support the company's objectives.
- Communicating effectively with state and local tax agencies to address notices, inquiries, and other related matters.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work well with others.
Location & Hours: This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters. A high-level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
