We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager to join our team in Independence, MO. In this on-site role, you will lead and oversee daily operational and sales activities in your assigned area. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating the performance of sales associates, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, driving excellent customer service, and developing strategies to improve team performance while ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
