Role Description
As a full-time Cosmetics Department Manager at Dillard's, you will oversee daily operations within the cosmetics department, ensuring a high standard of customer service and driving sales performance. This on-site role, located in Atlanta, GA, includes responsibilities such as managing inventory, training and supervising team members, developing promotional strategies, and building positive relationships with customers and partner brands. You will also analyze sales data, set performance goals, and ensure the team upholds Dillard's service and presentation standards.
