Qualifications
- Strong Accounting and Finance skills, including experience managing financial records and preparing financial statements
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and ensuring accuracy
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with title processing or related administrative tasks is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite and Qualia
- Real estate experience preferred
