Key Responsibilities an
Duies
• Front desk ambassador – welcoming players upon their arrival at the
faciity.
• Interact with members throughout the facility to ensure smooth f
ow ofplay.
• Assist in organizing tournaments, league play, or other enj
yable vents.
• Proficiency in utilizing the CourtReserve system to facilitate seamles
s
and eficientregistration, check-in/out, and payment processing for both memb
ers and isitors.
• Advocate for Dill Dinkers programs, offerings, and events to m
mbers andvisitors.
• Welcome members/visitors, handle phone inquiries, and conduct fac
lity toursas needed.
• Support Pro Shop sale
and order ulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness by vacuuming and cleaning courts, bathrooms,
and the overll facility.
• Evening and weekend shifts are both available and mandatory. A few morn
ng shifts arealso offered.
• Current or ability to obtain CPR
and First Aid ertifications.
