What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator/Project Manager (Jira, PI, Agile, Asset Management) position at Diligente Technologies?
We're looking for a Program Coordinator or Junior Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in program/project coordination, Scrum support, or Agile delivery to support Investment Operations Technology initiatives. This is a hands-on execution-focused role where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage Agile delivery activities, and ensure smooth program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate recurring delivery, governance, and Agile meetings.
- Support quarterly Planning Increment (PI) planning, workshops, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination.
- Manage JIRA boards, dashboards, reports, ticket hygiene, and delivery metrics.
- Build and maintain PI artifacts, roadmaps, dependency trackers, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation.
- Analyze delivery data and prepare reports, metrics, and presentation materials for leadership and Steering Committee meetings.
- Coordinate schedules and communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth team transitions.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years in PM/coordination/scrum-support. Not fresh grad, not 15-20 years.
- Hands-on JIRA — creating dashboards and metrics from epics/stories, plus willingness to police hygiene (story points, due dates, team tags). Eric hit "policing" hard. This is a real need, not a plus.
- Assertive go-getter personality. He said "drink from the fire hose" and "go-getter"
Strong differentiators (not disqualifiers anymore):
- Financial services exposure — some, enough to "make correlations" and speak to initiatives. No equities/fixed-income depth required, learnable on the job.
- PI planning experience with real cross-team negotiation. This is the biggest part of the role.
- SAFe / Agile fluency, Big Picture, Confluence.
Preferred:
- Experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
What We're Looking For:
- A motivated self-starter who enjoys execution-focused work.
- Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
- This is not a senior strategy or PM role—it's a hands-on "fingers-on-keyboard" position focused on JIRA, Agile coordination, reporting, and program support.
