Primary Responsibilities:
Contingent Workforce Program Operations
· Manage the full lifecycle of contingent workforce hiring, including intake, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding
· Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure required approvals, access, and controls are in place for contingent workers and contractors
· Manages pool of contingent workforce suppliers
· Conduct screening interviews with potential candidates prior to sending candidates to hiring managers for review
Workday & System Management
· Utilize Workday for requisitions, worker onboarding, tracking and reporting
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across systems, including contingent workforce data and supplier information
· Support reporting and data accuracy for workforce tracking and audits
Contract & Vendor Management
· Ensure contract details are accurately maintained in contract management systems
· Ensure compliance with sourcing and vendor engagement strategies
· Support management of contingent labor suppliers, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and day-to-day coordination.
· Assist with sourcing events, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations for contingent labor services and other sourcing needs as required
· Partner with Procurement colleagues to refresh or adjust the contingent workforce supplier base as needed to align with requirements
Compliance & Risk Management
· Ensure background checks, documentation, and onboarding requirements are completed prior to contingent worker or contractor start dates
· Partner with HR, Information Security, IT and Risk teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
· Maintain audit-ready documentation for all contingent workforce engagements
· Escalate identified risks, issues, or exceptions to Procurement leadership as appropriate.
Procurement & Program Support
· Contribute to broader Corporate Procurement activities as assigned, including sourcing support, contract management, supplier risk management, procurement operations, reporting, and procurement systems administration.
· Support continuous improvement of contingent workforce processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and stakeholder experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
· Act as a bridge between Procurement, HR, hiring managers, and suppliers
· Communicate status updates, escalate risks, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
· Provide guidance and training to business users on contingent workforce processes

Qualifications
· 3–8 years of experience in contingent workforce program management, procurement, or HR operations
· Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to follow through on multiple concurrent tasks
· Experience managing vendors or staffing agencies
· Familiarity with contract tracking and workforce compliance processes
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Collaborative mindset
· Hands-on experience with Workday
