Role: SaaS Application Analyst
Location: Roseland, NJ

Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis of SaaS applications including cost/benefit, ROI, usage trends, and optimization opportunities.
Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation, renewals, compliance, and SLA performance.
Maintain a complete SaaS application inventory ensuring alignment with business needs and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Business Units to evaluate application value, consolidation opportunities, and budget impact.
Prepare and deliver presentations and recommendations to executive leadership, highlighting key findings, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Monitor SaaS market trends, benchmarks, and emerging vendors for strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and licensing agreements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, SaaS management, or IT procurement/vendor management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel/financial modeling proficiency.
Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
Knowledge of SaaS contract structures, pricing models, and vendor ecosystems.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SaaS Management Platforms (e.g., Zylo, BetterCloud, Vendr, etc.).
Familiarity with IT asset management and procurement processes.
Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience.
