Job Title: Business Analyst – Asset & Wealth Management
Location: Santa Ana, CA – Onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Asset Management, Wealth Management, and the Banking/Finance domain to join our team onsite in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery across financial platforms and client-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
Define and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the requirements are well understood and implemented accurately.
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and workflow modeling.
Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design sessions.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.
Prepare clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases.
Monitor industry trends and best practices within asset management and wealth advisory services.
Required Qualifications:
8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
Strong domain expertise in Asset Management and Wealth Management is mandatory.
Hands-on experience gathering requirements for portfolio management, investment advisory platforms, or client reporting tools.
Proven ability to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel for documentation and tracking.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
