Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer, and we welcome applications from recent graduates to seasoned professionals. Compensation will be commensurate with your experience and expertise.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Craft comprehensive wastewater designs, site drainage plans, grading plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and cut and fill analyses for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
• Meticulously review surveys, architectural floor plans, geotechnical reports, and other critical data sourced from architects, designers, public records, and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
• Leverage industry-leading software and programs, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D, to execute innovative and efficient Civil Engineering designs.
• Manage assigned project scopes and budgets with precision, collaborating closely with clients and team members to develop effective, tailored solutions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing detailed insights into engineering processes and design considerations.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of applicable county and local municipal codes, ensuring regulatory compliance and project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Three or more years of post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering (preferred for senior positions).
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering seamless collaboration and client interactions.
• A proven ability to thrive in a team environment, managing multiple projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.
• A strong ability to evaluate and make informed decisions regarding design tradeoffs.
