Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Service Counselor located in Greeley, CO. The Family Service Counselor will assist families with funeral, cremation, and cemetery arrangements, ensuring that their needs and wishes are fulfilled with compassion and professionalism. The role involves providing guidance and support during difficult times, generating leads, and maintaining strong communication with clients and funeral homes. In addition, the Family Service Counselor will present and sell pre-need insurance policies to families.
Qualifications
- Experience in Family Services and working with Funeral Homes
- Skills in Lead Generation and Communication
- Knowledge of insurance processes and products
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with tact
- Previous experience in the funeral or cemetery industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
