Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, with the flexibility to complete some responsibilities from home. In this position, the specialist responds to inbound inquiries, conducts outbound calls, and guides individuals and families through pre-need and at-need funeral, cremation, and cemetery arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying and nurturing leads, presenting service options, explaining pricing and benefits, and documenting interactions in CRM or sales systems. The role involves collaborating with local locations and field teams to ensure smooth handoffs, accurate information, and timely follow-up. The Inside Sales Specialist consistently focuses on building trust, maintaining empathy in sensitive conversations, and supporting high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Skills in Lead Generation and prospecting, including qualifying inbound inquiries and initiating outbound outreach.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on empathy, reliability, and problem-solving.
