Dignity Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional care to our geriatric clients. We’re looking for a compassionate professional who values timeliness and excels in communication—both with patients and our supportive staff. You're happy to find ways to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate as needed with the primary doctor, our clinical team, Director of Nursing and other team members to manage the patient’s care.

- Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our care team to ensure seamless, timely treatment plans.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication to keep everyone informed and empowered.

Requirements:
- Licensed OT in Utah with geriatric or home health experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to being on time, every time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with patients and staff.
