Key Responsibilities:
Client Supervision and Care:
- Assist with direct care, overseeing daily programming schedules.
- Maintain client goals, ensuring staff works towards the highest level of function and independence.
- Monitor and follow client behavioral plans.
Household/Vehicles:
- Perform home checks and coordinate meal planning and grocery shopping.
- Oversee maintenance of vehicle, home, and office equipment.
Staff and Scheduling:
- Provide direct supervision and communication to staff.
- Create and manage monthly staff schedules, conducting staff training.
- Role model professional behavior, ensuring documentation logs are completed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of group home management experience
- Expertise in Traumatic Brain Injuries or Spinal Cord Injuries a plus
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, address complaints, and resolve problems
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of vehicle insurance
- CPR and First Aid certification
