Roles and Responsibilities:
- · Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Facilities and Infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with ISI standards, processes, and governance.
- · Create, deliver and Manage, project schedule, project scope, budgets, risks, and dependencies across global organizations.
- · Oversee infrastructure initiatives including structured cabling, network upgrades, wireless deployments, compute and storage modernization, and OS patching.
- · Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Facilities, Manufacturing, Labs, collaboration rooms, Security, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution.
- · Drive vendor management activities, including RFPs, SOW reviews, BOM/ROM validation, and on-site coordination.
- · Ensure all project documentation—including ROMs, BOMs, design packages, and technical assessments—is reviewed internally and approved by IT stakeholders before business presentation.
- · Facilitate cross-functional meetings, status reporting, and executive updates for high-visibility initiatives.
- · Support continuous improvement by contributing to project delivery processes, standards, and best practices.
- · Lead and facilitate regular Project team meetings, team coordination, action item tracking, record minutes and communicate
- · Plan, coordinate and manage large IT initiatives while anticipating, and mitigating risks
- · Provide meaningful optics and insights using tools like CAD Viewer, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project, Tableau, Anaplan and PowerPoint and Lucid charts for day-to-day project activities.
Skills/Job Requirements:
- · This onsite role is seeking a candidate with 10 years of experience managing IT Infrastructure and Facilities projects.
- · Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- · Experience in managing Low Voltage Cabling, Audio Visual implementations, MDF & IDF design/implementation, Network infrastructure setup and Cell DAS implementation.
- · Strong understanding of network technologies (WAN/LAN/WLAN), structured cabling, AV/collaboration systems, and physical security infrastructure.
- · Experience leading server OS upgrades, patching cycles, hardware refresh programs, and infrastructure modernization efforts.
- · Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, high-visibility projects across multiple locations.
- · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting skills.
- · Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a focus on consistency, standardization, and compliance.
- · Strong understanding of Vendor & Budget management
- · Proven experience in managing Multiple Large IT Infrastructure & Facilities Projects
- · Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork
- · Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fast-paced IT Infrastructure, Security and IT Facilities projects
Education Requirements:
- · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering or IT
- · Professional certifications: Active PMP is required
