We are a staffing and workforce solutions firm helping one of our clients, a growing media and digital marketing company, build out its creative team. Our client is hiring a Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join a fully remote team based anywhere in the United States. The engagement can be structured as full-time, part-time, or contract work, depending on what fits the candidate best.

Job Summary

Our client needs a creative, detail-driven Video Editor & Graphic Designer to turn raw footage and rough ideas into polished content for social media and digital marketing. The work spans both video (short-form and long-form edits, transitions, audio syncing, AI voiceovers or cloned voices) and design (banners, brochures, infographics, and social creatives). You should be comfortable in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma, and bring a real sense of storytelling and brand awareness to the table. You’ll work closely with the marketing team, taking their raw ideas and recordings and shaping them into content that’s ready to publish.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut and produce both short-form and long-form video, handling trims, transitions, audio-video syncing, and AI voiceovers or cloned voices when a project calls for it.
• Design graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, and carousels to support marketing and social campaigns.
• Put together clean, engaging layouts using Canva or similar design tools.
• Take raw screen recordings and other rough inputs from the team and turn them into finished, professional-quality videos.
• Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life across whatever platform they’re headed to.
  
  

Required Skills

• Experienced in working with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other video editing software to create, edit, and deliver engaging digital media.
• Experience with AI voice tools, audio-video syncing, and building out transitions.
• Strong expertise in Canva, Figma, or equivalent design tools, with the ability to produce high-quality digital and marketing assets.
• A creative eye, sharp attention to detail, and a knack for storytelling.
• Some understanding of current social media formats and trends is a plus.
  
  

AI Experience

• Has actually built AI voiceovers or cloned voices into video projects before, not just experimented with them.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted design or editing tools to move faster — a plus, not a requirement.
  
  

Managerial Experience

• This opportunity focuses on individual contribution
• Should be able to work closely with the marketing team, taking rough ideas and turning them into finished creative work.
  
  

Operational Experience

• Comfortable juggling several video and design projects at once against marketing deadlines.
• Used to turning raw recordings and inputs into publish-ready content on a consistent, ongoing basis.
• Can stay within brand guidelines across a mix of formats and platforms.
  
  

Qualifications

• Any bachelor’s degree, in any field of study.
  
  

Certifications

• Adobe Certified Professional (Premiere Pro/Photoshop) or a comparable design/editing certification is a plus, though not required.
