Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.
- Create engaging visuals for websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media.
- Develop reusable motion graphic templates (MoGrTs) for creative teams.
- Design UI components, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
- Produce print creatives including brochures, banners, event materials, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams on product launches and campaigns.
- Optimize creative assets based on engagement metrics and campaign performance.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and multimedia technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
- Expertise in Figma and Canva.
- Strong understanding of Typography, Color Theory, and Visual Design Principles.
- Experience creating motion graphics and video animations.
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, and Claude.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience creating social media creatives, advertisements, and promotional videos.
- Experience designing email marketing graphics and website assets.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design components and responsive layouts.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools to accelerate design workflows.
- Strong understanding of branding, campaign design, and creative storytelling.
- Knowledge of photography, image editing, and visual composition.
- Experience creating assets optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Interpret marketing requirements into compelling visual designs.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently to improve creative output.
- Maintain design documentation and asset organization.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Design digital assets for websites, apps, email marketing, and social media.
- Develop reusable design systems and motion graphic templates.
- Optimize creatives for engagement, CTR, and campaign performance.
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print publishing.
- Work with marketing automation platforms and CMS tools.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all visual assets.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging creative technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in marketing agencies, media companies, production houses, or creative studios is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, branding, UI design, and digital campaigns is mandatory.
- Adobe Certified Professional – Illustrator (Preferred)
