Glue Folder Operator

We are actively hiring for the position of Glue Folder Operator for our plant in Van Nuys, CA.

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set the workload for the day
• Place printed jobs on the folding machine and set up to make bifold, trifold, according to job specifications
• Observe the folding machine while running to make any adjustments to ensure a smooth and accurate fold
• Replace worn-out rubber stoppers and adjust to ensure an accurate fold, using hand tools when required
• Record production and operational data using IMS system, such as entering completed jobs
• Report all workplace hazards to management immediately
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and are free of any safety hazards
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned
