The Associate will support program delivery, manage relationships with students and stakeholders, and coordinate activities to ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities include maintaining program schedules, assisting in event planning, preparing reports, and ensuring communication across teams. The associate will also actively engage with students to support their participation in educational and professional development opportunities.

- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including managing schedules and multitasking
- Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to build rapport with students and provide them with guidance and support
- Experience in handling administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and data management
- Familiarity with educational or community development programs is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
