Position: Sr. Logistician (Top Secret Clearance Required)
Location: Bedford, MA (On-Site)
Length: 6 Month Contract

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct, develop, or perform logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program.
- Identify the specific requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support the program.
- Correlate requirements with program plan to assure that the needed support is provided at the right time and place.
- Create and integrate new systems and processes, train others, and subsequently execute on the new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- 10 years experience in acquisition and logistics support.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
- Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phase.
- Experience integrating complex system of systems and problem solving.
- Extensive knowledge of DoD Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) including experience investigating, requesting investigative documents, reading and understanding intelligence reporting from across the IC on JWICS, and working with counterintelligence experts to protect programs.
- Comfortable participating in classified discussions and disseminating information at appropriate classification levels.
- Extensive experience with defense acquisition management processes in accordance with the DoD 5000.
- Knowledge of the DoD’s integrated product support element structure.
- Able to lead a project team in completing complex projects.
- Knowledge of agency program planning, funding, and management information systems.
- Broad knowledge of the organization and functions of activities involved in providing logistical support.
- Able to coordinate and evaluate the efforts of functional specialists to identify specific requirements and to develop and adjust plans and schedules for the actions needed to meet each requirement on time.
- Able to integrate the separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management program.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Visio and Project.
- Must hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).
