Job Description:

The LIMS Data Analyst 2 supports the preparation, cleansing, validation, loading, and ongoing maintenance of quality-control master data for a global LIMS implementation. This role partners with quality subject matter experts, project teams, and site stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, complete, compliant, and ready for system deployment. The position also supports go-live readiness, develops site-level work instructions, and helps maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform local master-data setup and loading in alignment with global guidelines and data principles.
• Build and enter required master data into the global LIMS, including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and laboratory execution templates.
• Cleanse, review, and validate local data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Partner with quality-control subject matter experts and project teams to resolve data issues and support migration activities.
• Develop clear, concise local work instructions describing the execution of global processes at the site level.
• Support LIMS implementation activities, go-live readiness, and ongoing data-integrity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, the global LIMS team, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Follow applicable quality, safety, regulatory, and company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in a science-related discipline or relevant experience in the field.
• Entry-level experience, generally ranging from 0–4 years, in quality control, enterprise systems, validation, data management, or a related area.
• Experience with master-data setup, cleansing, validation, and loading processes.
• Experience with LIMS or a similar data-management system.
• Knowledge of quality-control laboratory operations and related data requirements.
• Familiarity with quality standards, cGMP expectations, regulatory requirements, and electronic quality systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and sound decision-making ability.
• Ability to develop clear and concise work instructions.
• Ability to manage assigned projects and deliver work within required timeframes.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively across departments and with internal customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Business-fluent English communication skills preferred.
• No specific professional certification is required based on the available requirements.
• This position does not include direct reports.
• Must follow all applicable quality and safety procedures and promptly report potential quality, compliance, safety, or process concerns.
