Position: Assembly Test Technician

Location: Cambridge, MA (ONSITE 5 DAYS/WEEK)

Length: 12 Month Contract

*Active Secret Clearance Required

*Must work 100% onsite in Cambridge, MA

Job Description:

The Technician is responsible for completing various test execution processes according to a detailed set of process instructions. Assisting engineers in applying engineering technology to develop and test product assemblies or components. Strict adherence to process instructions and documentation requirements is expected. Works closely with a team of engineers and skilled operators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment with close supervision
• Follows detailed process instructions to operate simple equipment for testing hardware under close supervision
• Documents their work consistent with test process instructions
• Performs focused training to enable progression into higher skilled positions at the discretion of the supervisor
• Other temporary assignments at the discretion of the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires at least 6 months of applicable experience.
• Able to communicate written and verbally.
• Able to use Microsoft office applications.
• Able to perform manual labor and operate automated and semi-automated equipment.
