Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain interactive QuickSight dashboards and reports showcasing KPIs, performance trends, and drill-downs by channel, campaign, and audience segment.
Develop custom reports and data analysis using Python and SQL to drive deeper insights.
Analyze marketing, sales, and financial data to deliver:
Descriptive analytics: What happened
Diagnostic analytics: Why it happened
Predictive analytics: What will happen next
Prescriptive insights: What actions to take
Detect and monitor anomalies in key metrics and campaign performance.
Proactively highlight issues and risks, ensuring timely visibility across teams.
Investigate both underperforming and outperforming metrics to identify root causes and contributing factors.

Technical Skills and Experience
SQL expertise: Proven ability to write complex queries in Amazon Redshift and PostgreSQL.
