The Customer Outreach Specialist will make and receive phone calls to promote specific products and services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales environment is a plus – Entry Level Position
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Must be detail oriented and have ability to retain a multitude of information
- Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined, ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stress associated with multiple tasks and deadlines as well as multiple people requiring/awaiting information
Responsibilities:
- Existing Dealer Contact: Serve as contact for all existing dealers to maintain current relationships, assess expanded opportunities, communicate various information, promotions, offerings on products and services.
- Reach out to dealers to introduce new products, services or features. A minimum of 40 outbound calls made daily.
- Lead Administration/Pre-qualification: Serve as contact for all leads (phone/mail/email). Administer and process all incoming leads (magazines, tradeshows, telephone etc). Ensure all leads are entered in database; prequalify leads, and forward to regional sales managers or vertical market specialists.
- Ensure CRM is up to date and accurate. Log the targeted calls/contacts in the appropriate areas, while updating the contacts information.
- CRM Projects: Support projects to update CRM information regarding company information, decision makers and titles and other contacts.
- Field Support: Assists with contacting open sales regions to support sales efforts and to ensure continued service does not lapse due to regional sales manager position openings
