We are looking for energetic, hospitality-driven leaders to join our growing restaurant team in the Kirkland area. We are currently hiring for both:
- Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner Shift Supervisors
- Restaurant Manager
This is a hands-on hospitality role for someone who enjoys working with people, leading a team, solving problems quickly, and creating a positive guest experience.
We are building a warm, welcoming restaurant environment with a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, consistency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Supervisor Responsibilities
- Oversee daily breakfast, lunch, or dinner operations
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
- Help train and coach team members
- Ensure excellent guest service standards
- Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Maintain smooth communication between staff and management
- Support scheduling and shift coverage when needed
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Lead overall restaurant operations
- Supervise and develop staff performance
- Maintain labor and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Washington State health and labor regulations
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Maintain service quality and hospitality standards
- Monitor sales, staffing, and daily operational performance
- Create a positive culture focused on accountability and teamwork
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred for leadership roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Food Handler Permit required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- MAST permit preferred if alcohol service is involved
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
