Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Manager based in Bonita Springs, FL, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, act as the main point of contact, and foster relationships to ensure client success. Key responsibilities include strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, addressing client inquiries, and developing actionable plans to achieve client goals. The role requires effective collaboration with the internal team to deliver results and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with clients and provide solutions.
